Hi welcome. I also usually have a hard time staying motivated. But this also fun to do. It's easy. U can plan your meals and if they don't meet the numbers u can adjust it easily. People also will he you keep the faith u can do it

I do try to plans my meals in advance n also put in my diary. Still learning to understand this program. But each day that I do this the easier it gets.
