Gained wt. What am I doing wrong?
After 6 days being on program I've gained 1 1/2 lbs. and I don't know why. I was told to plan my meals around my calories and the rest of the macros will fall into place. Then I can adjust accordingly. I did that, drank more water than required and exercised. I make sure I meet my calories. Then go to my carbs and fats and…

Planning my days meals
I am having a hard time keeping within all the carbs, protein, calories etc for the day. Either I'm over on 1 or 2 or under on the others. Any suggestions on how to set up some kind of planning schedule
