I am having a hard time keeping within all the carbs, protein, calories etc for the day. Either I'm over on 1 or 2 or under on the others. Any suggestions on how to set up some kind of planning schedule

Here's what lots of people go for:

    1) Aim to be right around your calories - a touch above or below is OK
    2) Hit your protein macro or go over it

Let the rest fall where it will.

The only number in your goals that you need to be concerned with is your calories. If you have medical issues, watch sodium, sugar and/or carbs - whichever applies to the condition(s) you have. If you don't have medical issues, it's fine to be over or under on all the rest.

    Hope that helps :)

I would plan out the meals in advance and put them into the diary. I would try to keep within the calorie range first. If, within that range, some of the other macros are off, then adjust your food choices accordingly if you wish. Or adjust the macro percentages if you prefer. Or just count calories and let the other numbers fall where they will.

I think the problem would be if I ate, then put the info in the food diary when it was too late to change my meals.

Thank you so much. I was about to give up. I will keep in touch to let you know how I am progressing. I feel so much better . It was really starting to stress me out. Plus I was getting frustrating. Again thank you
