I started 9 and 10 this week. I do like it better but for workout 9 there are still a lot of plank stuff. Hopefully I'll stick with these lol That's awesome losing 19lbs! I know all about those cheat days!!!! lol

I have actually been doing other stuff this week for 7 and 8 cause those workouts have been killing my wrists for some reason. I figured it's better to replace them with other workouts than doing nothing at all lol I hope I'll be able to do the next coming weeks! How did your first round go??

I've been doing it for a couple weeks! I started workout 3 yesterday and man...very different from workouts 1 and 2 but I still love it. Add me i would love to have some friends doing the same workout!

Jillian Michaels Dvd's! They are usually 30 mins and it goes by fast.

The dvd says to do each level for 10 days. I get bored doing the same level for ten days so I do 7 days then move up to the next level. But it also depends on if you feel comfortable moving up to the next level. Hope this helps!
