50 pushups. 10 sets of five pushups for 12Aug2016, Friday. Soon I hope to do five sets of 10 pushups, but I will do that through several weeks of 10-5, then 2-10 + 6-10, then 3-10 + 4-10, and then finally 5-10.

Start with chin-up assists on high reps with a lot of assist. 5 sets of 10 reps on 175#. After a few weeks go to few sets on few reps on less assist. 3 sets of 5 reps on 145#. I'm not into micro-management, so any vegetable is helpful. But personally, I'm thrilled for eating fresh raw vegetables. And I'm thrilled while celebrating others who eat fresh raw vegetables also.

Make your exercise fun. Then you will want to spend more time doing it. Secondarily, you're not eating when you are exercising. Just entertain more exercise activities than you entertain eating activities. But don't feel guilty; it will just make you eat more.
