I made it through the evening without the LNS. Yay team.

I made it, without eating that evening after at 7 p.m. Wow. It is great to have a team, with which to do this exercise.

I am giving up my nightly pint of Kroger ice cream. But I suppose I can permit myself to have 20 saltines with Texas Pete Hot Sauce. That is an exchange of 800 calories onto 200 calories respectively. Ultimately, I will go to sleep without any crutch whatsoever; one can hope.

It is difficult for me to give up the late night snacks. That snack provided the sugar, fat or salt that put me to sleep. Now my personal sunset takes over at 1-2 a.m., instead of 11 p.m. I suppose that I will get accustomed to sleeping without it. And I am not volunteering for the sleeping pill roller-coaster either.

I did well today Sunday, at only 374 calories of food. Today I had one tbsp psyllium husk powder, 2 whole cucumbers, 3 whole green bell peppers, and 20 saltine crackers with Texas Pete hot sauce. There are only three hours left today, so I can wait it out. I am foregoing the midnight pantry raid also. . Yesterday Saturday…

I notice many people who do the cardio machines. They do the stationary bicycle, or the treadmill, or the step machine or the cross trainer. But they have an enhanced display e-reader ereader with earbuds. They have a Nook, or a Kindle, or a tablet with them. Does anybody do that? .. [Yes, the image is in the public domain]
