True. It's made in the kitchen. I frequently go through the kitchen and throw cakes, pies, cupcakes and cookies the hell out. The grief I get from others, for throwing their food out, is less than the grief I get from them for being over-weight.

Team USA made the women's preliminaries yesterday, in platform diving. Jessica Parratto and Katrina Young made the semifinals. Those handstand dives were incredible.

Even the 2016 Olympic athletes had to start somewhere. For both the men and women, there was at least one day when it was their first day in the gym. And after their fitness-induced injuries, it's again their first day in the gym. I gain self-confidence while watching their results.

They really ARE pretty bad. I just kinda hold my nose. I just force feed myself the greens. It's the adult thing of vegetables before desserts. Sometimes I win and get those veggies down as a personal victory.

Missed my vegetables for the last few days. But bought a 12-pack of low-fat single-serving yogurt. And bought two canisters of casein protein powder. Maybe I can get the vegetables down, while tail-gating off the other two good foods. One thing builds from the previous.
