Starting late but love this idea...just did 2 walks with the dog today- 3 miles...yesterday weather not as nice so only a little over a mile. Sunday 2 miles. My dog is a wimp and refuses to get wet so will need to make an effort to get a mile in on rainy days.

I was diagnosed with tennis elbow. Bought tennis elbow brace I wear whenever arm/elbow arm are inflamed. So worth having checked out and diagnosed specifically. I waited too long! I am so happy for you- 54 here and am trying to force menopause. My doctors, gyro, neurologist and fp... all working together, to make it happen-hope it works! My favorite seasonally, are eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, bellpeppers, tomatoes - made a wonderful ratatouilles. Also root veggies roasted, fennel, turnips, parsnips, beets, onions- make once a week, save both dishes in refrigerator and eat for lunch and breakfast with choice of protein.
