  • Hi, I'm 5'2 at 146 pounds and would like to get to for now about 126 pounds. I was about 120 two years ago & slowly been piling it back on. Just wondered what most people's calorie intake is? I've set 1100 but find it quite hard to even stick to 1200!
  • Completed day 6 this morning, hard to start with but definitely finding it's getting a bit easier, sure I can feel the results, maybe a bit soon to really see it though

  • Day 1 just done and wow I think it's going to hurt tomorrow! Didn't realise just quite how out of exercise condition I had got!! Going to persist and know it will get easier! Feeling motivated to keep to it!
