I'm loving these tips guys!! I always find I don't lose when I don't exercise it's only when i do make the effort to do some form of exercise I notice the scale changes and looser clothes! I could be eating less even but nope untill I move my butt nothing shifts!

It's logged! You're right beating myself up has made me feel much worse:( I think I was just bored and it was right in front of me! I always find if I start the day eating wrong I spend the whole day doing it so I think with a bit of planning and willpower I can do it next time! Thank you :)

Yeah I think that was the downfall was trying to eat similar to them for the convenience of it. You're right with a bit of planning I could have avoided it and eaten a healthy alternative! Thanks for the advice, picking is my worst habit!

I'm on board!! I am obsessed with the scale weigh myself at least once a day so will be good to just simply focus on the way clothes are fitting and how I am feeling too :-) what a good idea!
