Go to a runners store to get fitted. They will at least tell you what type of shoe to get. I get mine online from Brooks Running. You need to get one size larger than you normally wear. I am about a 9/9.5 wide and I get a size 11 Brooks Ghost. Fits Perfectly for walking/jogging.

I rinse and then do a hard boil for 10 minutes. Let sit in the water (burner off) for 2 hours. Then rinse thoroughly. Fill with clean water and boil until done. I always throw in rough cut onion, celery, garlic. Drain and you can freeze what you are not using. Freeze in individual portions for future use

I make homemade dressing for mason jar lunches - you can add as first ingredient to bottom of mason jar or I make enough for the week only and keep at work on my back desk - that way the EVOO doesn't solidify

No - build from bottom up. Most hearty ingredients on bottom of jar to the lightest ingredients. Put dressing on bottom and the top should have the lettuce/spinach. I made them on Sunday night and I will have last one on Wed. Fresh. Just google for different salads to make

female, 5'6" 230lbs. Desk job. I am managing to hit the 10,000 steps per day. Every other day extra time on the treadmill. I don't log the treadmill time as exercise and on those days, my steps are more than 10,000 (my stride is about 2100 steps per mile).
