Good morning. Is there a preference for a kitchen scale to accurately record food in ounces/grams? One that is easy enough to use, simple to clean and no worries about food falling into button crevasses. Thank you for your time.
I am a newbie and am struggling with some things. MFP says that given my body weight and height, I should be eating 1880 calories per day.
