After a hard workout I always have a boiled egg.

I eat between 2500 and 3000 calories everyday. I workout days 6 days a week for 45 to 120 minutes a day. I Run and I train Insane with the Insanity program and with Miss Jillian Michaels. I am 39, 5'11 and 150lbs.

The other day when I did Insanity for an hour I burned 535 calories. Today I did Insanity for 39 minutes and burned 323 calories. When someone tells me they burn over a 1000 calories for an hour I think they must be super human or very wrong.

I love Jillian Michaels No More trouble Zones for toning. For Cardio I love Insanity, It kicks my butt every time.

Not sure exactly how much sugar and cream you put in your coffee but say you take 3X3, Start by eliminating one sugar one week then 1 cram the next until you are down to 1x1 or even better none.

I have absolutely no problem eating 2300 calories or more. I eat mostly healthy foods some not so much. I start my day almost every morning with an avocado, yogurt and granola. I enjoy running the most. The Insanity dvd workout program, is a close second.

Last year I decided to try having a protein drink after my hard workouts, What happened was it blocked me up badly. So instead I just eat lots of food with protein like eggs and quinoa. So No they are not necessary. Their are lots of calories in those shakes and should be counted as you daily calories intake by the way.

I do Jillian Michaels NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES dvd 3 days a week it gave me nice toned arms and shoulders. No jiggly arms.

I mix it in with vegetables with some franks hot sauce or soya sauce. I also use instead of oatmeal, potatoes and when making a stir fry I make with quinoa instead of rice. NEVER EAT QUINOA BY ITSELF. You need to add something to it like a sweet sauce, hot sauce or soya sauce or anything you want, experiment.

I use my Garmin heart rate monitor, I feel its the most accurate way of keeping track of my heart rate while working out and it gives a good estimate on how many calories I burned. For its about the fat burn not the calorie burn.

Adding Jillian Michaels dvd NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES 2 or 3 times a week really helped my running, because I have built stronger muscles.

I am often told I should eat more, which is crazy since I eat between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. I do exercise a lot though. But I am 158lbs I wouldn't say that is extremely skinny.
