  • Hi! I have been going strong for 89 days straight of sticking(95% of the time) to my deficit and I am down 24lbs. MFP helps a lot, just stick to eating at a deficit and you will lose weight. Feel free to add me if you need friends to help motivate you :smile: Good luck on your weight loss journey!
  • I was told by my doctor that if I just continue to lose weight the symptoms will get better. I was also on birth control for it but not any longer because of no insurance. I am just trying to control the symptoms by losing weight and getting healthier until I can afford to get insurance.

  • I've done it every mornig but the fluctuation got to me. I know your weight fluctuates and all but I was always curios. I've now put my scale away and will do weekly weigh ins. I've recently started measuring and I'm hoping to see changes there as well :) I'll probably do measuring once a month though
