How about your very first task when getting ready for bed is to brush your teeth. The taste of most foods with toothpaste is just wrong. Another thing to try is sipping on some hot tea. I would take it unsweetened or lightly sweetened. That way you get the affect of having a treat before bed, but it isn't sugar overload.

All we can do is keep reaching for that goal, even if it's not in a year we'll get there eventually! I weighed in at 225 yesterday, total down 40 pounds for the year. I'm still trying hard for that 100 lbs in one year. I can't believe I'm close to halfway there!

After 3 months I have lost 33 pounds, which I think is great. But I'm looking at how much further I have to go and I keep thinking, why can't I go any faster!?! Especially after the past few weeks where I haven't really lost much weight. I wish I had my initial drive back.

I'm hoping to lose 8lbs by the end of the month. To do this I will increase my veggie intake by planning on having salad for either lunch or dinner 6 days a week. I also want to avoid all soda, and make sure I get my 8 cups of water every day.
