How did it go? You can certainly loose water weight! Go take a Bikram Yoga class. Burns 700 calories (ish) per class and for me I loose 3 pounds water weight every class (and I drink 40+oz water during class). Once hydrated obviously this weight comes back, but if you need to weigh in..

I too have gained weight back, but only 6 pounds. It is still nice to read all of the comments. I have found that one day at a time works for me, and its just eating healthy and exercising. I plan my meals so I always know what I am going to eat, and I always have my healthy meal available (I bring breakfast/lunch and…
