I know when I started doing squats I went from what my mom said was "all legs" to actually having a tushy. Getting stronger feels real good too.

Found my new favorite tummy exercise, (besides planks which I totally think fixed my back pain) tried googling it but not sure what it's called. One idea to share. I have an unpaid 30minutes at work. I squeeze in some exercises instead of hanging out in the lunch room. I eat throughout day at my desk....bad girl

Want to lose 10. Dropped to not so healthy weight last year from not eating enough after a breakup, but then started gained so started eating even less. Eating less equaled 24 lbs gained for me. Now eat more at 1400 a day and stopped gaining and am slowly losing.

When I started eating less then I was suppose to I dropped 10 lbs quick but then just started gaining. 24 lbs in less than a year. I started eating more around 1400 and the gain has stopped and am slowly getting back to what I'm use to.
