This place can definitely help. I've lost all of what I gain when I hit 29/30. It comes down to math with calories. I've used the tracker and learned to count everything even a calcium gummy vitamin was like 5 or 10 calories. Who woulda thunk it. After I learned the tracking, I didn't really have to do it as extensively…

^^ Your stats will help you get better answers. Body fat, height, weight, etc... If you haven't been eating a lot for awhile you may be at a healthier weight now by gaining that 30lbs?

You can't expect your mom to change or cook for you forever, and easy recipe is fish(tilapia, mahi, other filet choices) plus Italian dressing pop in oven at 350F for 20-25 minutes....so yummy and helps rid fishy taste even if you are landlocked and can't get fresh stuff. Good luck on your life choice, I personally like to…

Sounds like a deal breaker reading through this....it may be working out now but what about later on. If it bothers him now, it probably always will? And it sounds like it kinda bothers you too or causes you some stress. It's more about someone trying to change someone or control them like others mentions...it's not so…

Kids are the best motivation. My Ex's kids would make their Wii Figures exactly as they seen everyone. Skinny mommy(use to be me in that relationship), medium daddy and Fat grandmom. Love the honestly when they're young, grandmom no longer allows the "F" word over at her house. If I still talked to her I would tell her…

hehe here's a recipe: I workout during my 30min lunch at work. But you could workout when you get home if you do crockpot days(btw crockpot liners - best invention ever!). Super simple recipe (assuming you eat meat and your religion doesn't shun pork products): pork shoulder plus dr pepper (or root beer or cola). Takes…

My experience is lower on the pole than some of these mentioned above but.....I was a personal assistant for a paraplegic man 10 years ago he weighted about 180lbs and me maybe 110 at the time. I would lift him from chair to chair and chair to truck ect. I sprained my ankle and could no longer help him out and had to take…

Stores sell soapy water and put a fancy name like "window tint applicator solution" on the bottle and sell it for at least 5 bucks a pop

nice compilation, neat to see all the different things in a list that I don't particularly eat throughout the year.

McD's sweet tea is so good it make my teeth hurt. But for money wise I love making homemade burgers and experiment with all different seasonings. New fav recipe is the jalapeño popper stuffed burger

I use to have the opposite problem, I found a lady that would tailor my cloths for pretty cheap.

Congrats! What seems to help me during the week is knowing what i'm going to make for dinner later and pre logging. My work keeps all sorts of snacks available, so looking at my calorie "bank" I know how much I can cash-in throughout the day. Keeping a bottle of water next to me too helps when I get bored hungry and not…

Good reasons to be healthy, eat right amounts and exercise: things that run in the family, osteoporosis, diabetes, back pain, high cholesterol etc. Be active and able to do the things you've always wanted to do when you retire.

My work has some free weights over in the warehouse and I brought in an ab-roller, timer and a jump rope. I do a little strength training and planks and stuff for my unpaid 30 minutes. At my desk I'll stand up halve the day.

No logging here, we plan on turkey bowl, singing and dancing to help our face stuffing.

I carpool with someone that doesn't like to stop in the mornings, saves gas money. But I am fortunate that my work provides fruit and stuff if I don't pack something

On the disliking cardio deal maybe try jump rope. Just 2 minutes (I started w 1 minute and worked my way up) kicks my tush and gets me warmed up before I grab some weights. That's the only cardio I don't mind, I try to get through it without messing up. Try to be positive, stress can be a doosy also.

Have you had a blood antibody test done to see if you have a bacteria in your tummy that's aggravating it? There's one that can cause ulcers, I'm not a Dr., but our work has incentives for us if we get a blood test annually and that's the first one on our results page. On a more positive note, I'd google some stretches to…
