Go out and dance, see a movie, have a nice sit down dinner. Budget the calories ahead.

Tomatoe slice, mozzarella slice, basil leaves, reduced balsamic vingar, perfection

Have you tried biotin? That works for me when I'm suffering.

I've always exercised, always assumed I would log and count(carbs and cals) for the foreseeable future if not the rest of my life(maybe when I'm close to 100 I'll cut myself some slack...) it's just the logistics that confuse me. Since weight fluctuates so much, is it wise to jump into maintenance the first time I see my…

Depends on how much breast tissue vs fat you have in them. My mom can lose 100 lbs and only go down band sizes because genetics. I've lost 30 and it's held true for me too.

I didn't mean thigh gap, I mean when your walking normally your thighs will still rub a bit and when you're standing "normally", like feet shoulder width distance apart you may still experience that slight touch.
-
Another good thing to note about being bigger in the thigh/hip/butt area is that even when you're at a healthy weight your thighs may touch, that's just genetics dictating the shape of the muscling and bone underneath, as well as fat deposits.

^depends on the person, actually. Too much salt can be harmful to the lymph system and it doing its job in lots of people. You need some salt on any diet, but not everyone can just eat it ad lib style without consequence.

You actually can go to your docs office and ask to hop on the scale every couple of weeks. I did that for awhile before I got a digital scale. The nurses don't care, its quick easy and costs nothing.
-
It does on the bottom of the diary webpage and in the nutrition tab of the app.
-
Weighing food is like a runners high for me, love it. Sadly my scale broke and I haven't found one I really like yet.

Been hanging around...but if I weren't sidelined with an injury right now I wouldn't have seen this. We're all too busy.

I keep a pack of trident in my backpack for those days when I have serious coffee breathe and only a short time to correct it. But no, usually I don't chew gum at all, never really did.

Some cottage cheese and a few berries(pick your type frozen or not) or yogurt instead of the cottage cheese. You can put them into a little container and have a parfait of sorts, very satisfying snack/lunch component. I also like egg salad, just mayo, eggs and some pickles for dipping. Also batch cooked hamburger soup,…

I sprinkle some probios into a dab of applesauce if I'm on antibiotics. Can't remember the stains, but it really seems to help. Unless taken daily then it does odd things to my gut. Doc says I eat too much dirt to take it daily. Lol

I've heard a lot about this recently, along with the testing for a mutation that puts you at high risk for cancer being used for couples to have a healthy baby. I really like the idea, and hope that by the time I'm ready for kids it'll be ready for widespread use. The diet one I'm not too sure of at this point, I think it…

I've extended my late afternoon-night natural fast by up to 8 hours(4 in the afternoon)about once per week only drinking broth, tea and water. I dont drink BPC because I really havent been in the mood, but would still consider it a fast if I had one to sip on, might help me extend the fast through the family dinner.

Welcome! The more the merrier!

I did fat adaptation so that I didn't have to stress about long periods without food. Seems to have helped with my case, so I'm good.
-
I don't add food unless I'm very hungry. I don't worry about eating solid food until lunch at least.
-
I wouldn't, but I assume some people(with medical prescriptions for lasiks) would do so. Hydration is most important, so it might depend on your idea of fasting.

It doesn't work on the android apps. I suppose with a bit of heavy handed rooted tinkering on individual bases it could be made to, but none of the scripts will that I know of.

I think it's like this: 1.1 kg lost-deficit of 40700 kj for the week->40700/7=5814.28571429 average daily kj deficit 6541kj(average daily intake)+5814kj (average deficit)=12355.2857143 kj (average tdee) Thats about 2952 calories as a TDEE for all of us who work in that unit. Your stats would be helpful, but that doesn't…

I have a little one, sufficient for my needs but older than me >.<. Mom says she'll buy me a big one when I get married and a stand mixer when my first child is born, as is tradition. I like the one I have, but really only use it to chop onions and other taco type ingredients.

Fruit seems to have no adverse effects on me. I eat fruit in moderation, mostly berries with some grapes or 50 grams of mango occasionally if the family says they're particularly good. Berries always get paired with hwc or deli style cream cheese. I maintain keto-adapted even including fruit, haven't kicked myself out yet.…

Lots of people get dramatic changes, hunger is one of the common ones

Pickles are Good for dipping

No hunger, that's why I eat so little. I eat when I'm hungry now, and still end up under 1000 lots of days. Before that (starting keto) more like 1400. I'm 5'2", 143.2 pounds, I'm either incredibly active(load 250 lbs bales of hay onto an ATV, move 50 lbs bags of grain for the goats, chase goats, milk goats, 15000 steps…

I second knit. I also don't see how you could immediately gain with a single slightly higher calorie day, that sounds like water weight to me. Give it at least a month on at least 1300 calories per day to see. You shouldn't need to be hungry to lose with this woe, I regularly eat less than 1000 cals and am satisfied…
