We thought I had hypoglycemia for years, turns out it was low blood pressure. And I was still within the normal range, just low normal. How much sodium are you getting?

Our dogs get good kibble, and I've been known to cook chicken livers for them special.

Lol, that was my answer to not enough calories. "Are you putting butter on your food?" "No..." "All the butter belongs on your food."

They immediately put her on insulin, and she still can't get below 200. And she's not looking to calorie restrictive at all, the 3300 is a minimum to grow twins and keep her going. Thanks for the links!

Can you get dannon light and fit greek? It's something like 8-9 carbs per serving, and it's flavored(peach, blueberry, strawberry). Not the best in terms of fat content, but decent enough for breakfast, perhaps paired with a BPC or a couple fat bombs.

i've put peanut butter on bacon before, delicious. i'll have to try it on a burger.

I don't worry about weighing some things-like meat mom makes in the crockpot, so those entries probably arent logged all that accurately. But I'm also chronically under 1000 calories these days due to stress, laziness with not wanting to cook, and lack of time, so I have a more than comfy cushion.

Why the hell are finals cumulative?
-
One off day isn't gonna hurt you, we all have them, we're all human and as the saying goes, failure is never trying. You're trying, and I'm jealous of your carb count!

Screw the calories. No, really. Finals are about survival. I take heavy courses and lots of them, if I want half a cup of heavy cream in a day Im having it. As for this semester-trying to stay a little more on track, but I'm so stressed I forget to eat.

20 is the cap, 5 or under is the goal.

Knitormiss makes her bpt in a bottle-just shake to blend. I can confirm it works well with butter pats and half and half if you don't have access to hwc.

Also depends if the meat was velvetted, or marinated with cornstarch to make it softer.

Drink all the caffeine.

Idea for a brand of individually portioned coconut oil. Conveniently Individual Coconut Oil! (CICO) I like poking bears once in awhile.
-
I like it. A lot. Kinda made me cackle with glee, just a little.
-
Umm, nothing. I'm like your guy, I don't want to get married soon if ever, but babies are soooo on my radar.
-
Im 19, and I've been here for years...You're a baby on the forums(me too), but there are people far younger who just read, not post.

My family had costco and sams for awhile, we dropped sams because they lacked selection.
-
Anecdotal evidence: my entire family has been on lc at some point for some time. The women of childbearing age have significant trouble losing weight compared to the men at the same carb levels. We are also a very fertile family, birth control is about 50% effective. On birth Control we lose more easily, off of it? Screw…

You might have tonsolliths, tonsil rocks. Antibiotics sort of soothe them and the swelling and soreness abate. Then they come back with a vengeance. The only solution I've found is to pop them out, which is painful in and of itself. I hear you can get a doc to do it though.

Grocery outlet has a giant jar of nutiva for 10 bucks. It's almost as tall as a half gallon of cream and bigger around.

Keep eating keto, maybe try some coconut oil or butter in your coffee, I find it nice to sip when I have cramps and am stuck on the couch. I also eat to satiety those days. If I'm hungry and want something Im having it. Periods aren't free carb times, but fat and protein? Bring it, in large quantities.
-
It's a good thigh slimming exercise. Nice toned calves. Either of those perhaps lol
-
I choose not to eat them. At all. It's easier for me to say no to the first cookie than it is to say no to the second, third, etc.
-
I looked those up just now. I'm repulsed yet curious.
-
Do your costcos have those little suggestion boxes? Usually they're near the exit on the wall. If you ask them to bring heavy cream back, and maybe mention it to a manager, or 4, on your next visits it's pretty likely to come back. We've gotten things brought back just by asking nicely, like skinny pop for my dad.

Success is never final and failure never fatal, we're all a work in progress, except maybe Goat ;) Welcome!

I just did the initial test-10 pushups-gonna do knee pushups, then redo with full ones!

I buy from costco-no issues
