All of mine do, I frequent 3-4 different ones. It's producer's brand, 4.50 for a half gallon, container is red white and blue, should be right next to the half and half which is producers, in the yellow and blue and white carton.

That's what I do, I never log my exercise (sometimes my activity tracker does though). When I upped my calories to 1400 from 1200 I didn't feel the need to eat back exercise calories anymore. But some people like to eat some back on their heavy exercise days.

My last trip to costco consisted of bacon, a flat of eggs, a half gallon of HWC, 2 pounds of butter, steaks, and coconut oil. Which store had the bacon wrapped cream cheese poppers? I hate dealing with the peppers myself. :D

Thanks guys, I still have another 20-25 pounds to go before I hit maintenance, so hopefully ill even out.

On the android app my jawbone adds calories and the app shows calories remaining, with those cals added. I would like it to just show my remaining without adding the cals. It's the little things I guess.

My "girls" and I fight constantly, want them? ;)

I've had that, painful. So painful.

I was in a situation where I had gastric paresis and my doctor wanted super accurate cal logs even after I left the hospital, her rule was subtract half if it was all liquid (7UP, broth), and 1/3 is it was solid (crackers, white bread). As long as it's not extreme (30-40 times a day was my issue...) I wouldn't worry.

I don't have it yet, I want it, soon. I'd love the ability....I hate those calories showing up on the phone app because I don't eat them back and hate doing the math :p

You might need a smaller size bra, or conversely-a larger CUP size. As soon as my diet became healthier my breasts decided to grow 3 cup sizes. When I lost weight, I had to get a smaller band size and stayed at the larger cup size. If you're in the lead up to TOM, that could be it. I would also take a HPT, just in case.

I had to up mine to 1400ish. 1200 was miserable for me and my family is lucky to have lived lol
-
Not here either. Sprained my ankle a week ago and it's still swollen.

Another question about vitamins... Is it possible that women need more vitamins than men? I know we do when growing a baby, but maybe it holds true in general as well? Any thoughts on that one? I'd definitely be taking a prenatal vitamin if I joined in(paranoid and proactive me likes to prepare for the pregnancy that's…

Log in everyday. Even if you had a binge day or one where you barely felt like eating, log everything. Don't give up on logging.

I believe these are also available as a lc option, wrapped in lettuce. Not sure if that particular one would be very lc because of the sauce though.

When your mom has given up trying to remember your macros when you suspiciously look at any food that comes near you sans nutrition label when you stand in front of the fridge with the app open, constantly

Its not your cooking skills, it's a really absorbent product. It always results in a biscuit-y texture for me.

Go to the launch pad-super great resources. Also ankle keto calculator helps a ton

Magnesium abd potassium are always the culprits for me, since I was a kid.

IDK, I lived of BPC for awhile...

A more experienced member would be able to get a better idea from your diary. I can tell you that cheat days are a big no no, they're often painful and make many of us feel ill. They'll also knock you out of keto usually. Some people have certain foods or occasions that are worth it though. Like sushi, or a birthday.

I count my calories and my carbs. I like it, and its a good way to make sure I'm eating enough. Left to my own devices without counting calories I'd eat about 400 calories a day, which isn't exactly healthy as a daily occurrence.
-
I'll third the calories thing, that sounds like what I eat and I'm a female who's barely 5'2"!

I'm with wabmester, directly, there's no visible way. But could it bind to something? Possibly. I don't think there's much research out there for this specifically.
-
Literally anything you can beat it with does the job. A bit tedious sometimes, but worth it.

I think I'm one of the few people here who considers coconut flour and almond flour necessities. I buy both at costco, and am lucky enough to have grocery outlets that get them in.
-
I've done a ton of research abd it seems safe. I'm planning on pregnancy soon enough, and am actually waiting to see if af is late. Congrats!

Generally under 50g carbs will take you into the world of keto-if you don't want that stay up higher. And why 1200? Lots of times you'll need to disregard calories for a few days to get the hang of lc.

I tried to make oopsie rolls, emphasis on try. I ended up with a strangely eggy and fragile lump. Not worth the hassle.
