You should be able to set number of workouts per week, minutes per workout, and calories per week I think. All manual.

If you install that script the net carb shows up on the app to, at least in android.

Definitely low blood pressure. Eat salt, lots of salt. My doc recommends 4-5 GRAMS of sodium per day to combat low blood pressure.

Here's my thoughts on the matter of unlabeled food: The egg is not layed with a label attached, the cow does not have a label on it's ribcage, rump, or loin, and that pig that just got into my freezer, well it has never had a label. Labeling things like that, even for someone who counts calories, is a tad bit too wonky.…

I buy mission, or some others, really whatever has ingredients that are some variation of pig skin&fat, and salt.

I have occasionally had some banana or apple, just weigh it, look it up, log it and move on. Can you have a whole banana? Not likely. But you can have 50 grams now and then.

Ooo, even better, wrappers!

I have teensy, feminine, wrists. The thin onyx straps are out of stock sadly. Thank you!

Those might be worth making, boyfriend is insisting on the cadbury cream eggs for easter, and it's my birthday too, so these may be a good sub.

But for folks who live in cities, who do their grocery shopping at the corner liquor store, there is no grass fed meat option. And satiety is a nice thing to talk about, but when you don't have the money for the steak but can afford the bag of chips, you're going to get the bag of chips. If you have 5 bucks, you can buy…

I think a large portion of the problem is that carbs are cheap. It's much more expensive to eat good quality proteins and fats than it is to live off chips and soda and pastries.

When you regularly get up before the sun because you want to go pick up poo

I must try these armadillo turds. Grandma used to make a salad with red butter lettuce, bacon, some tomatoes, and a dressing made from bacon fat, some seasonings and sugar. If i really knew the recipe I'd keto it.

Any coconut oil will do, I just use the same stuff I cook with, solid.

Thank you Goat!

Just for weigh ins, something with an option or default to have a rolling average over x time (10 days or something), and a trendline. I know that fitbit has something like it, but there's no way I'm paying over a 100 bucks for a scale just to use it.

Irish spring liquid body wash! Also dump some borax in the laundry when you wash it, it'll help.

It's quite individual, there's an official recipe somewhere online from the "creator". I like this variation: 2 tbsps coconut oil 2 tbsps half and half or heavy cream Coffee to fill the cup I happen to be using Sometimes I'll sub butter for half or all of the oil, if it's a replacement for dinner or lunch, 2 tbsps of each.

Not sure exactly what clean eating entails, but I'm 5'-5'2" (depends on the person measuring), most of my food is home grown organic but I don't log it as such, and I'll be starting 3-5 day a week workouts in the fall. Also full blown keto.

Don't be pressured. Unless its cooked in orange juice or something the stuff is nasty. I ate it when I was vegetarian, barely palatable. ETA: I'm also in it for neurological benefits, and plan to stay this way through my future pregnancys. So, it's definitely doable long term.

Bump. Gotta help out our own college students!

Almonds are good grab and go food, but they have too many carbs for daily use. Macadamia nuts are probably best macro wise, but are expensive

can anyone advise on the widths of the thick and thin straps? I don't see dimensions online that differ between them

Mission makes a good carb balance tortilla. If you count net I'd highly recommend them. And you can use them for pretty much anything you would a standard tortilla.
-
If you're willing to potentially go through carb flu squared, then eat the carbs. Honestly, they probably aren't going to taste all that wonderful and your body may reject them.

I've decided to get a jawbone up Move. None of them are very good at tracking weight training, and all except the move require charging weekly it seems.

My phone is compatible, I think I'm gonna go for it.

I didn't fail, but did get one C. Came close to failing that class and another that I ended up with a B in though.

Do your schools have a complete lack of nutritional info too? I've asked repeatedly at mine, and they say its not available. Wondering if no school has it.

The ones my school has are very bland. I'm lucky because I pack my lunch most days.
