No diet gets to touch two things: my coffee and my tea. If these must be eliminated the diet can go jump off a cliff. I drink 6-10 (12 oz) cups of tea with nothing in them per day, and eaSily two pots of coffee, some cream in the ones before noon.

Do you like iced coffee or frappuccinos? I made bpc iced a couple times. Had to consume really fast though.

I'm a teen. Can friend, my diet is a bit unorthodox, but I'm here constantly.

^^ that. 1000 calories is the absolute bare minimum for a woman to function. You want your body to burn fat, not think it's going into a famine.

Broth, heavy cream if you're up to it, bananas aren't necessarily bad, I like them fried in coconut oil.

Only do this is you're going to eat it that day! They spoil without the stem, mold in an avocado ain't pretty. Also, the smoother and thinner the skin on a hass avocado the more flavor it has, when squeezing your thumb should feel like it's going to go in a bit, but then not be able to.

I might add in that our body is largely made of saturated fats, all of our cell membranes need them. What we give the body can help or hinder this process.

I'm on shot #3. It makes my pms way worse, but my acne has actually gotten better! My first 2 shots I gained probably 15 pounds. I really like the shot, but admit that it makes weight loss way harder than it was before. I only get the increased appetite around my cycle though, so it's not the hell of always being starving…

Fage, the full fat plain stuff has a texture that's out of this world and the taste isn't too sour with some berries or sliced bananas thrown in.

Im 5'2" and my "ideal" weight is 120-125, current goal is 135. I felt I looked best at around 130-135, but very toned.

I am so jealous of you guys. I've been bleeding for the last 2 weeks straight and I'm on depo! Before this I had hardly any bleeding...I guess the depo doesn't like me losing weight. Grrrr.

This is so true, my mom has double hip replacements and many vertebrae fused. She needs it. I have bad scoliosis and balance issues, as a family with two disabled persons this irks me to no end.

Its super easy to get enough sodium when you're eating meat with good seasonings, and things like salami.

If you have a tough cardiologist you may want to say low carb, and leave off the high fat part at first.
-
I find that low. Mine's 70 grams, which is actually on the low end for what I do.

Mission is really good, I like the plain ones. Rarely is there a super hard one, light and fluffy usually.

Tea is necessary for me, it shouldn't hinder you much at all

Generally if it has the word "intolerance" it's due to a lack of an enzyme. Lacking one or more of them can cause some scary stuff.

Hey, you and I are about the same! :D welcome! I'm an inch shorter and my highest weight was 165. I'm sending you an add, feel free to look at my diary, I've been having issues with protein as well. I'm finding little ways to change my diet though. Perhaps we can learn from eachother.

I look at both, but don't get much fiber so it's typically not very different. I think that's the case with quitr a few folks here.
-
I've recently added more intentional workouts and cardio to my days. I find that I don't get the low blood sugar issues after an intense bought of lifting like I did when I was carb heavy.

I see a possibility for pancakes! Drooling. :D

Studies are all about your control group and how much variation you'll tolerate in them, also hypotheses lead research methods. So, you're unlikely to find what you don't want to in some cases.

Also google scholar. Or if you have a Junior College near you, go in to the library and search from the computers there, lots of good databases.

My version of grocery shopping involves 30 minutes inside costco (including checkout) every couple weeks, I get almond flour, coconut oil, ground beef, sometimes some pork chops, half and half, a rotisserie chicken, and hardboiled eggs. Once a month a couple blocks of cheese is added to that list. I get anything else I…

It's true that too much protein is hard on the kidneys, but that's why we watch all of our macros and not just blindly cut one. >:)

I weigh daily or close to it, as well as logging it whenever I weigh even if it's higher. But I keep in mind that if I gained 3 pounds in 2 days there's no way that it's either fat or muscle, just water.
-
If you're really going for ketosis you're probably eating too many carbs, so if I were you I'd have the protein and keep carbs lower.
-
I think you'd just search for it, maybe use the old recipe builder instead of the new one?

The winco near me let's you grind any nut they have into butter, it's literally just nuts that way.
