I have a knee that has drastically improved since starting. It's flared up recently, but I can't point to any one thing as the cause. Fats can be anti-inflammatory, my whole family takes fish oil for that reason.

I do, when I take them. I use a gummy multi-vitamin so it has a fair few calories, and carbs. Worth it to not upset my tummy though.

Im with the woman who says 14 oz is a tiny steak! I regularly eat steaks that are 1.5 pounds. I just save up my calories and enjoy the heck out of it!

I've caved a bit in the past few days too, I really like fruit and now that strawberries are in season I'm kinda a pushover. Doesn't help that mom insists you need fruit and veg to be healthy.

So I accidentally made this into custard...had half of it this am, then tried to microwave reheat the second half for lunch. It turned into custard, and now I'm chicken to try it lol

Something seems off about that, an ounce of almonds(around 25 for me with the kirkland brand) has something like 8 carbs and 2 fiber. Even blue diamond smokehouse is similar.

I'm going to second the part about rapid loss in the beginning leading into stalls. In my first 6-8 weeks I lost 20 pounds, now I'm fighting just to keep the scale from going up. Don't stress, stress kills weightloss efforts.

mine comes whenever it likes(thanks depo), but I've noticed I bleed longer now. Fat is such a huge part of hormone regulation that losing a bunch can really screw with your cycle.

I've never heard of caffeine being an issue. I drink like 3 12 cup pots of coffee per day...

I really like the GH Hughes, they make a hickory and a maple brown and possibly a honey style one if I remember right. I use the maple brown most.

Minced garlic, hwc, cream cheese, paremesan. Does it melt? then it goes in the pot to make the flavors different, spicy or savory for instance
