Maybe some torani sf syrups (if atificial sweeteners are ok) mixed up to create icecream flavors then blended with cream cheese. I had that once, was pretty good.

Kids meal: scrambled eggs, a strip of bacon, some ham, fried radishes or sautead asparagus. Strips of steak with cauliflower rice and lots of butter. Maybe almond bread as a side. I've started experimenting on the kids I babysit. Honesty, they'll eat keto if given the option. Onlystickingis juice.

I must be a lucky woman, my man knows how to cook meat, and kinda veggies. If he's cooking there will be a hunk of meat and string beans or asparagus on the table. And his default is to slather everything in sight with butter and coconut oil. He also works at a bbq pit, leftoversare bomb.

Generally LCHF is more general than keto. Keto implies really low carb and ketosis, LCHF is anything that is less carby than SAD and replaces that with fat, but not ketosis.

My muscles need time to catch up. Energy levels are somewhere between "let's go run for half an hour" to "let's go do suicide runs for the heck of it". My leg muscles disagree with anything that isn't laying down >:)
