Funny, I've been told that by a PT too. Do you by chance have the condition Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)? Because I have that in addition to/in conjunction with dysautonomia which effects all areas of the body, mine just happens to be focused in my gut and cardiovascular system the most. And keto was strongly…

You might also consider making nice with the cafeteria people, mine now make me a salad with the "leftovers" of veggies, probably twice the size of a prepared one and less than half the price because it's "waste"

As someone who doesn't drink except at holiday festivals, the fun is not in getting drunk or buzzed. It is in watching the people around you get drunk and do stupid-drunk-person things.

I hoard my calories to the point of having 1100/1400 left at 9 o clock at night, then decide im too tired to fix anything. Then I eat whatever I want the next day, as though my calories roll over.

Do you mean a literal bag of sand? Or am I missing something?

If you're butt is as flat as a pancake you're not going to turn it into a bubble. I lay on the floor and raise my hips using my butt muscles, that really helps with toning, but beyond that it's down to genetics.

[quote= I'm in WA state, and I stock up on sugar free syrups, HWC, etc. at Cash and Carry/Smart Food Service, which is a restaurant supply chain and has very reasonable prices on a lot of different things. It looks like there are some in Northern CA/Bay area, but I don't know if that will work for you. I also shop places…

I'm under 20. Mostly due to lack of hunger, I'll go to 50 if I'm hungry

I'm following for a different nervous system condition. The way my cardiologist put it was, "it'll make your nerves calm the *kitten* down so you can lose weight and digest things again"

Look up the low carb daily group, go to there launch pad. There's detailed instructions for adjusting your macros and a couple of add ons for your browser that connect to mfp to make it adjustable in percentage, grams, and fill in the last macro with whatever to meet your cal goals

Definitely look up where you'll be going and do your absolute best to stay on plan. That said, from a biology standpoint flopping back and forth is bad. Our bodies need a steady fairly predictable diet to function properly. Plus, the bacteria in your gut are specialized. If you flop back and forth it will probably cause…

Raleys for our food.

[uote="RATSMITH69;31133577"]I'm not a coffee drinker and really don't care for tea. Could co? [/quote] I don't see why not, just make sure your cocoa base doesn't have a ton of carbs. coconut chocolate sounds good actually

I have some experience with stupidly low caloric needs, it runs in my family, all the women have it myself included. What we've found is that there are certain that go along with it. 1) MEGA water retention, all the time. This actually increases for us when we super-hydrate but then it goes down dramatically when our…

I made an iced americano version this morning instant espresso, just enough hot water to blend the powder, coconut oil mixed with that, ice and cold water to fill cup, hwc on top. Sinks to the bottom and looks lava lampish as a bonus before it mixes in.

Thanks guys!

Manufacturers always jump around a bit. From my understanding foods also have to be reevaluated every so often by the government, And sometimes that results in a label change.
-
You can add me, I don't meet protein goal without protein shakes. Be warned I'm likely to stalk you too. >:)

Is it perhaps water weight? You gain some when you start really hydrating, until your body realizes it will always have enough water.

I cook whatever I have ingredients for, usually some kind of meat and a premade side for them, cheese for my side, with lettuce. They can eat it or starve. Tis how I was raised. The only exception to this is that my dad can't have too many leafy greens or broccoli. He's on a blood thinner and too much vitamin K could kill…

If your'e so inclined, go, but make an excuse to leave early. For instance, I have an escape plan for these kinds of things. I simply say that we need to leave early because one of us has a group project for school/work/presentation to put together/have a busy day tomorrow/I have a migraine. Since it's traditional to eat…

Two days ago I would have called you all nuts, but yesterday I tried bpc. Oh my this is heaven in a cup.

I would be so happy if this kicks that back into gear. My body used to redistribute extra weight all the time, to my hips and thighs instead of my stomach. I loved it then and I love it even more now. This sounds sciencey and I like it. Any articles about it? I'm a biology major, so this is endlessly fascinating to me.

I want to work out so bad, need to fix my bike or the ankle sprain needs to heal up faster. So not that, but I'd settle for magic as an explanation.
-
The only way I've been able to meet my calorie goal and macros was to log everything the night before, so I could play with meals And snacks. Then stick to what I have planned.

I'm just starTing to run, and yoga is my love, to the point of challenging my bf. Add me, seriously looking for some younger friends on here too!

Sugar free jello kept in a thermos as a liquid. Gotta have it really hot for it to stay that way. BUT it's gotten 3 friends through the god awful winter flu and vet school clinicals. Stays liquid drinkable for hours if done right, and if you have a small thermos and take small sips itll fit in the pocket of your scrubs or…

How does keto mesh with things like cream cheese, or really cheese I can make sauce out of in general?
-
I've made my own before, entirely unsweetened greek. But just the milk and such has quite a bit.... Seriously wondering if it's worth it. Screwed up my whole day.

If I stay under on carbs, a bit over on either fat or protein and never much under on either I'm happy. I don't eat much on this diet so percentages really matter.
