I love playing with this website, just wish it had an option to say "don't shrink the hips or shoulders more!" I'm an hourglass and am done losing weight in those areas, they're bony and have no fat covering any longer. It's really just my thighs and backside that will change now.

Scales are a-holes. I weigh daily, but I have a love for trend lines(biology major) and treat my body like my lab. Ditch it for awhile, then come back to it. Put the thing in a closet somewhere, with off season clothes in storage, whatever. Hormones and everything else play a role, they are also stupid and annoying.

I candle fairly regularly, one flock of hens who like to hide their eggs sometimes, and I've never found anything that I would have discarded an egg for. Blood clots have to be at least half the size of a dime to show on candling from my experience.

I second this. Maintaining muscle requires using the muscle. And IF, being intermittent, doesn't require a decrease in calories consumed. If you want to keep your current schedule for fast feed there are plenty of super delicious super high calorie dishes that you could try.

About how much butter and almond meal did you use? I have that exact pie pan! I'm starting the hunt for "holiday" recipes, particularly for desserts. No one will bat an eye if I don't have potatoes and we have broccoli instead of corn, but they will harangue me for not having dessert on a holiday.

I hear you, it can be so frustrating to try to find deli meats that aren't loaded down with sugar. All I want them to do is slice up a roast/turkey/ham into really thin slices! I don't want anything added to it, not salt, sugar, water, none of that.

Other people noticed at around 12 pounds, but I didn't see much until 20 pounds or so. Like others I still don't LOVE what i see in the mirror, but I like it a lot more than before. If only spot reducing was a thing. My waist is small enough, I'd love it if those last ten pounds all came off my thighs and butt/hips.

I budget for 'higher' carb days, but I stay well in ketosis under 50 grams based on how I feel and the smell of my breathe(hello there acetone). So I have one or two days per month where I get close to 50 because of oatmeal and berries :) but I never really kick myself out with a cheat day.

Buying cute, age appropriate things! I'm in my late teens, but I've always dressed in "older" clothes because the cute teen/early 20s clothes never looked good on me. Soon I will look good in leggings!

This. Particularly since you list 2 weeks as the time period. In my case I notice the natural but evil voodoo fluctuations much more if I'm on lower calories. Maybe it makes the fluctuations more pronounced, maybe I'm just watching more closely, but they definitely get more annoying.
