  • It might help to not keep snack foods around your house. That way, it will force you to put forth some effort to binge - you'll have to place an order, or make a trip to the store, or whatever. That effort you have to put forth may be enough to stop the binge. Just a thought
  • Yes, I can log foods just fine but I can't edit any of my recipes. Very frustrating as I'm currently doing meal prep for the upcoming week but can't change any of my recipes!

  • Sure, same as doing pushups or other bodyweight exercises even. It's all "strength training" or "resistance training" and it all helps you maintain or build strength.
  • Unofficially: Every day. For me, it usually starts out high early in the week due to more rest and slightly higher weekend calories. Then it tends to slowly drop back down through the week before hitting a new low Saturday morning. Officially: Weekly every Saturday morning. This is the official number that I log.
  • By working out do you mean strength training? If your body is trying to build muscle that could be making you weigh more. Muscle weighs more than fat.
  • I am learning this the hard way. Honestly it's best to just not eat back your exercise calories or at least not very much of them. Ex: A gym machine SAYS you burned 400 calories but you really only burned 300. Well if you go and eat an extra 350 calories you're worse off than when you started. It would be best to either…
  • Yes, a pound of fat is 3,500 calories. To actually put on 2 lbs of fat, you would have had to eat your maintenance calories (1,000?) plus 7,000 more. You are very far away from that
  • Same here. I used to think it was kind of boring to walk the same route every time, so now I just download some podcasts and go for it. It's a much better way to get entertainment than sitting at home on the couch
