Cash. Hard cold cash

I had a PT who doesn't have a nutrition degree but seems to know what's up. If I don't eat every 2 hours my metabolism comes to a halt and goes into starvation mode. Also any sugar or carbs just turn to fat straight away. Got to eat paleo with no oils or nuts to lose weight.
-
The only real way is to do cardio for 5 to 12 hours everyday like on the biggest loser. It's called reality tv because it's all real.
-
If it were that simple, everyone would be skinny. Also, dr oz would have mentioned it.

Is his name Donald Sterling?

I got a dexa scan and would suggest staying away from it unless you are looking for disappointment. I'm 6' 185lbs (was 235lbs in October) on my tanita home scale (feet only) I measured 23% fat; at the gym fancy scale (feet and hands) I measured 22%; and the dexa scan got me at a nice obese 31.8%. Just keep doing what you…

stupid DEXA scan... telling me I'm 31.8% fat and ruining my day lost over 50lbs and still effin obese... fml
-
Buy a food scale and weigh everything you put in your mouth.
-
Eat less move more. Good luck

Nothing wrong with taco bell.

The problem is that your naturally burned calories fluctuate from day to day depending in whether you get out of bed fast or slow, drink iced water or room temp water, etc... I would say try everything out and see what works. I personally like to see big deficit numbers, so if I were you, I would totally keep doing it.
-
Eat what you want but less of it than usual, and exercise more than usual. That's it. Good luck

Yogurtland?

What's the point of this thread?

My unsolicited advice, don't cut anything that you are not planning on giving up forever. Small steps usually are more sustainable than big drastic changes.

Talk to a professional.

Any reason why you are cutting out bread?

Meal timing has no impact on weight loss.

Good luck
