I make this ALL THE TIME. It is so amazingly good! 1 cup cold coffee, 1 cup whatever milk you use, a scoop vanilla protein and 1/2 cup pumpkin + a pinch of some pumpkin pie spice. To die for!

I make smoothies with spinach, it has the most mild flavor in smoothies, kale is just too strong tasting. I do whatever fruits I have in the house and a couple big handfuls of spinach, and water.

I never thought of this before today, sweet corn is only 2/1.00 right now so I had picked up a bunch. I just removed the husk and washed it, I was going to cook it but ended up just eating it raw without any butter or salt. It was delicious! I made the back bean flautas only used homemade refried black beans from dried instead of canned. Thanks for sharing! I made a big batch and froze them too, so much healthier and tastier than store bought frozen ones!

Its been a serious struggle for me, being overweight all my life. I find now a mixture of healthy diet, exercise and antidepressants help me the best when combined. Alone, exercise or antidepressants do not really help my depression, its the combination that helps me.
