Thanks for the help people! I just found a measuring tape and i noticed i lost 3-4cm off my waist! Wow! I was pretty upset whenever i stepped up the scale as i was expecting to lose weight :neutral_face: But i was wondering, isn't it better if my weight dropped so my bmi would not be overweight?

I used to live in Korea when weight is a major issue, thus causing me to feel insecure as i'm big size there. I've since moved back to US & this came to a shock to me because the place i was brought up, we were taught that anyone above average size will be unwanted by guys. And girls MUST be smaller than a guy there.
