It's important to pack snacks! It's all about the snacks. You can take a mid-morning snack if you are starving by 10am! Try sliced apples with a tablespoon of peanut butter, greek yogurt, a banana, some nuts, a few slices of rolled up lunch meat, 2 Tbs hummus with a small wheat pita.. Good luck you can do this!

Oh I'll have to check out that rowing machine!! And thanks for the basketball idea! Giving up drinking is hard for me...a couple glasses of wine really helps me unwind after a long day!
