Yes, it feels wasteful, but I'm glad to do it. Went to the store and got tons of salad fixins. I like a salad with a little lettuce and a lot of veg. Did good today - under calories and armed with proper foods so I don't eat junk. Hang in there guys!

Wow, that original post was old! I wonder how she did too. 46 year old mom of three boys here. Looking to lose 20 lbs, possibly more. Something I used to do and will do again was make a nice big hot cup of tea while I prepared dinner to settle my appetite and keep me from snacking while cooking.

I SO want a fitbit! I may wait for the newer models coming out after the first of the year. I may make it a goal reward. I just got a nice new digital scale which is awesome. The only downside was that my current one was showing my weight at five pounds less all this time! Dang I can't win!

You can do it! Just modify what moves you need to. You WILL be sore, but don't let it stop you. Just give it your all.
