Hi! Love to join this group! Just turned 40 in December! Lost 25 already and on to my next 25. I am looking to do a half marathon in October of this year and will need running tips. I am a very active cyclist and have done several centuries (even at this heavy weight). Looking forward to all kinds of information!!

I have just started back at MFP again. I am also a PCOS woman. I was diagnosed 15 yeas ago. Struggled with my weight ever since. As PCOS women we have harder times losing weight. I agree with AJ_G on a full balance diet. I however, restrict myself a little more on my carbs, due to my PCOS. Not a carb friendly body. I did exactly what AJ_G said. I did the low calorie and lost a ton of weight, but as soon as I stopped counting and quit MFP the first time I gained it all back PLUS 10 more. This time I…
