I'm currently eating about 1800 calories, minus 300-400 calories 5 days a week for exercise. My goal is to get to 2400 for maintaining. I'm adding 100 calories a month. I've been working up from 1200 calories. I still have weight to lose but I'm in no rush, I'd like to lose about 1 kilo per month.

I have been playing with my calories, my maintenance is 1800-2000, to lose weight it is 1600. Since doing this I have lost 1 kilo (2.2lbs) in a week, before I was maintaining :)

I wish I had it, I am looking at buying it :) I agree too many are restricting then wondering why they gain the weight back later. I want to be able to do this for a lifetime not only today.

I too needed to up my calories AND cut out down my exercise. Which has been really hard for me. I also know that something had to change because I knew what I was doing was not working. It is hard, but together we can do it. a journey we can together.

How do I do a reset? I've put it down to 15% which gives me 2400. I love nuts, so I had 600 calories to go to meet my TDEE and had had bunch of nuts for dessert (400 calories) i love peanut butter and all things nuts, so that works for me. I use nothing low fat.
