Calorie cut - question
When you start your cut, (started my 2nd week today) how long before I should take a break? Can I do it for a month then take a break? Also how long should I take a break for, is it a week or two? Also do I go straight up to maintenance or? I'm not sure how many calories to add. Any other advice?

What to expect?
I am about to go from 1900 calories to 2400 doing my metabolism reset. What should I expect? I need to know so I can prepare for it and give myself the inner strength to go that's okay, this is supposed to happen. Did I even make sense?
