I have a type of anemia which requires me to take b12 shots weekly and sub lingual sprays. Sub lingual sprays absorb a lot better then tablets. Maybe try that?

I have coeliacs, unless your coeliac, or another medical problem I wouldn't go GF. My friend is intolerant to gluten. Anytime she eats anything with gluten, she has horrible diarrhea, hives, horrible gas and stomach pains. It messes with her periods and fertility. She gets headaches from it too. So yes it does exist.

I second this. I have coeliacs. Why cut out a food group if you do not have to? Taking gluten out of your diet is a lot harder then you think.

True, you can get the gene test and if that is positive get a biopsy done...better to know for sure.

Maybe get tested for coeliacs? I have it. You need to be eating gluten.

No one should be on such a low calorie diet, you need fuel to survive...I would not listen to that doctor sorry. You do not need to starve yourself to lose weight...it only leads to trouble, a vicious cycle. I am about 25 lbs heavier and I maintain on 2400. I am on 2000 calories and losing...don't jepordise your health for…

I had this problem too...do I anymore? No. I started small. Breakfast: Add in a piece of fruit (there is 50-100 calories) Or milk (There is about 150 calories) Snack: Have nuts (there is anywhere from 150-250 calories) Lunch: Make it a tad bigger, more protein. Have dessert... It's not too hard <3

No because it's not something you can do forever, what ever weight you lose, you will gain...plus more. Why not eat a proper 'diet'? I'm not even going to get into it...

Why are you eating so little? You need to eat more!!! You do not need to be hungry to lose weight.

I feel the same, I had to do a friend clean out and stopped telling people what i was doing because they were quite negative :(

I think I've taken the final jump because the past 2 months I have been going from 1400 to 1800/1900. So today I'm eating 2200-2400 :)
