I am about to go from 1900 calories to 2400 doing my metabolism reset. What should I expect? I need to know so I can prepare for it and give myself the inner strength to go that's okay, this is supposed to happen.

Did I even make sense?

Do it slowly - go up 100-200 calories each week so that you don't have a sudden gain. You will probably feel some bloating, some water weight gain and possibly major hunger. Just keep at it and if you feel overwhelmed at any point, hang out at that increase for a bit until it levels out. It's okay to take your time with this.

I think I've taken the final jump because the past 2 months I have been going from 1400 to 1800/1900. So today I'm eating 2200-2400 :)

ahh, you probably already gained the big water weight increase then, perhaps just topping off some carb stores, so maybe 1 lb.

I'll bet you have a flush of water weight though and drop some.
