calories PW is a better indicator than calories PD. Be smart, and sensible and don't use a bulk as an excuse to dip into useless foods, but if you are hungry then drink water and/or eat!!!

I second glutamine. Excellent for both a cut and a bulk. MMH Creatine Multi Vitamin Krill oil (HS) Glucosamine Probiotica (only occasionally) Had to stop using my fav pre/intra/post workout complex as it is now on the ASADA banned list.

I'm ambidextrous with slightly more dominance to the right side, but due to ulnar injury my left is taking over.. will sort itself out once injury is healed. I'd suggest a possible injury or form.

Imo mass gainer products are not worth the money, not when there is a large variety of food that can give the same or better effects. If you take control of your diet and still find youbare coming up short, I find some high coco content (70%+) dark choc can help.

I'm 26 & 6' (184cm) and i cut on first 2150cal down to 1890cal and got rid of 27.5 or 60lb since Feb. Daedalus01 is correct, Be careful with some of the database entries here.. User generated rather than moderated is more often than not a cause of inconsistency. Best source i use to get potassium (I have a deficiency apparently...go figure) is brocolli. Steam it in a microwave, and enjoy the awesome goodness.

Agree with both Ovinas1 & Rabbitjb. If you want motivation to keep going, just think of how down you will feel a few months from now after you have quit. No "cheer up" or Sympathy hugs will help here.. just a good ole "Get back on track dammit.. now!"
