1742 day streak. Achieved my goals around the 400 day mark but decided to keep logging out of habit and to have access to logs which are handy, and yes perhaps it's a little excessive. Data is the new oil!

low self esteem/self worth/self image coupled with an overactive mind means on the rare occasion i am given a compliment i always question the motivation behind it; even amidst the knowledge that doing that is a result of LSE. Bulk nutrients have a wide selection of good and cheap protein powders. I use some of their products but my go to powder is optimum nutrition gold standard whey (double rich choc) I can use it in so many wheys :wink: the best of which is with my morning oats..

I go to plusfitness and if the other local gym had 247 trading or even longer hrs than 4hrs a day, i'd definately go there instead!. one of the jobs i work is highly physical and when i add gym before it my total daily avg is about 21cups a day (between 0430 and 2130) and sometimes i've gone past 30 cups (during the summer)..not dead! Sodium and potassium are definately key, as are other electrolytes, especially when you go over the 12 cup average..…
