There's no way anyone who watched that fight could say Floyd smashed him
The hype leading to fight was way better
  • I don't generally follow sports to be honest, all Tha hype about tho! Looked like it was gonna be a good fight tho.

I didn't watch it. Just catching the news on it. It sounded like Mayweather basically played it safe. I heard it went all 12 rounds though. I'll catch it on hbo in a few weeks maybe. Surely they'll replay it.

All that hugging and backing away by Mayweather says Pacquiao is the true winner. I might be heavily biased against wife-beaters like Mayweather though.

Manny should have dressed up like Mayweather's SO. Then at least he would have tried to fight.

I give credit where it's due. Mayweather's defense was superb. Pacquiao couldn't land but a few hard shots on him all night.

Dancing around and hugging is normal in boxing. All the big heavyweight bouts have/had it. Lennox Lewis did the same to Tyson.

That's why I didn't even bother...I knew the outcome and I knew it would just be a boring fight with Mayweather dancing around. Boxing in general is pretty boring.

I thought it was going to happen, but wanted Pacman to win and it to be an interesting fight. Mayweather is very good at what he does. Pacman seemed lethargic and only won 2-3 rounds, but he was well beaten because he was prevented from landing punches, s great skill but dull to watch. The amount of money was staggering, but the fight was dull an nowhere near some of the other fights with Ali, Hearns, Sugar Ray etc.

ps Pacman was claiming he had an injury.
pps mayweatehr still a woman beater and not very nice human being.
ppps anyone who paid $100,000 for a ticket... they must have a lot of money. Hope they felt they got their monesy worth. It should have happened when they were at their prime.

Nah the whole damn things was a setup. I'll say it anywhere and anytime. Floyd is an embarrassment to my dicipline and martial arts as a whole. His footwork resembles that of a street fighter. That's just one of about 50 things I could pick apart about his fighting. And... manny wasn't 100% they should've allowed postpone until Manny was healed completely ...the whole thing was a ripoff.
