  • Hmm given that shes 11 its probably just puppy fat Shes quite tall for an 11 year old girl. My daughter is 11 short and slim but theres a couple im her class taller than me (im only 4'10 lol) and quite big boned She will probablt slim out a bit once her hormones calm down

  • Sorry but like others have said there is no way to lose that amount of weight in such a short amount of time. I have seen my friends do dramatic diets that has led them to lose 20lbs in two weeks but then they plateau for weeks, give up and gain 30 back. You're going to need to be much more realistic- try eating 5-6…
