I do the same thing! I don't get many calories in my day (1200), so I try to get as much exercise in that I can and then have 200-300 calories saved for my post-dinner munchies. Couldn't live without them!

It's interesting, I actually read an article saying that most of the stuff Dr. Oz's name ends up on he did not endorse, but there's only so much he can do to combat it. He seemed pretty upset about the issue. I totally agree though! We will do anything now if it has "scientific evidence".

Good luck! A small word of caution, that may be quite a hefty goal to try to conquer in such a short amount of time. But regardless, stick with it and stay positive and you'll definitely get there!!

I'm just shy of 5'1", and my goal is going to either be 115 or 120 depending on how I feel when I get there. I started at 175, now I'm down to 152. On my way! Good luck to you as well!

It's still not too accurate, but maybe try to determine calorie amounts for each component of the sandwich (i.e. bread, meats, sauces, etc) and always round a little up from what you find. That's the best suggestion I can make, other than to probably go for the ones that aren't filled with french fries :)
