We went to a wedding last night. I had some minor success. In a bag, I brought a big bottle of Perrier and 6 cans of Lacroix (seltzer water). I do that too. When I go out for a happy hour after work, I will plan ahead and make sure a bottle of wine is in the fridge waiting for me. 7 A 4 AF I have been tracking my nightly heart rate using my fit bit for 11 nights. When I have alcohol, my heart rate is 95 percent above normal all night while I sleep.
