that has happened to me with soda. I used to drink 12 or so cans a day. I switched to unsweetened tea and water. Now if I take a drink it tastes like syrup and makes me sick.

Me and 1 of my friends, females, started MFP in Jan. and lost a steady 2lbs a week, at first. As time went on the losses got to be more like 1lb. a week. Our MALE co worker joined and lost 10lbs. the first 4 days!! His loss has slowed some now and he got 1900 cals a day as opposed to our 1200. Men and women are different.…

I'm glad you said it so I didn't have to. You may loose weight from it, but in the long run it is not healthy for the very reasons stated here. I used to do things like this to loose weight and now that I am older I am paying dearly for it. It is very dangerous to spike your glucose levels and then let it drop every day.…
