Apples and peanut butter Popcorn (not movie theater butter) Naked Smoothie Veggies String cheese Arctic Zero Ice cream only has 150 calories in the entire thing, it doesn't taste as good as normal ice cream but...hey it is still ice cream.

I love to cook. Homemade food is ALWAYS the best way to go :) I don't do alot of cooking when my boyfriends out of town but when he is home I love cooking and baking for him. My favorite things to make are oven baked tacos, halibut Olympia, tuna noodle casserole, and salmon patties.

I snowshoe:) I live in Alaska and live to hike, hunt and snowshoe:) Strength is more my issue.

I don't care for candy. My weakness is the chocolate donut the size of my forearm in length at the local bakery. I haven't had one in over 3 months. I dream of them every night. I wish I was joking.

I haven't tried weight lifting but I bet that would help my body a lot. I get free gym membership at the hospital I work at after patient hours ! My job involves loading and unloading 300lb carts so that gives me a little bit of toning and exercise ! haha.

Wow! Scary!!!! Hypothyrodism is another possibility my metabolism could be slow. I have heard here in Alaska people can get it from the crappy well water we have here. Not sure if that is true or not but my aunt got it once she moved up here.

This is so going to be me. From tracking what I eat I realized I get HALF my daily calories from soda. I cant do diet because the aspartame gives me migraines. UGHHHH Depression.

My goal is to walk or snowshoe every day 60 minutes or more and do strength training. But my main goal is to focus on my diet - eat healthy and keep it under 1,400 calories a day. Hopefully I will lose 10-15 pounds.
