unfortunately it is! I read somewhere that everything you do in order to "compensate" eating is an eating disorder. Even working out to burn the calories you eat.

Oh wow we are twins :) same age, weight and height. What I'm doing is drinking 3liters of water every day, 1200 calories diet and I eat back what I lose working out (not sure if this is right though). I'm losing 1kg per week

I don't think you need to lose weight. Maybe you should lift heavier weights and do it 3-4 sets of 15 each :)

you could drink more water. I drink about 3 L per day

I walk a lot on the daily basis as I don't drive or take buses. I always eat my exercise calories back but not the walking-alot-calories

No doubt it was the "Moon diet" which means that you eat nothing but liquids whenever the moon changes phases lol lame
