I still have about 16 lbs to get to my goal, but I can't believe what a difference 20 lbs has made. The first pic is at 183, the second is 163.

This is awesome. I just had my second leak in my sinus brain area fixed. While knowing my 100 pounds of extra weight can't be helping it may be one of the causes. But other factors could also be. I had surgery March 10th and I've been keeping a food diary on my fitness pal. Years ago I wouldn't have bothered but honestly I went through three months of dripping and I was limited in everything I could do, this is a small price to pay. Even if this is not the reason. I see my surgeon for my second post op and I'm a bit nervous as I've began leaking a bit. He said its normal until I heal. My next visit will also direct me to a neurologist so we can see what's wrong with my head neck and spine if anything at all. So here I am a newbie scared to death but facing my challenges of carb controlled lifestyle.0

Yes! I was kinda bummed at first because I didn't notice a difference in my stomach area, but when I realized it was coming off my face it made me feel better.0 -
