I second Fitness Blender! All of their workouts ARE on YouTube, but its easier to use their website to sort through what you want with the workout finder, then click through to watch it on youtube.

I just finished up a round of 30 Day Shred, and lost almost 12 inches from my body, with 4 of it from my waist alone! I have joint issues and can't do it every day, but did it every other day, with something lower impact, like walking, in between, and it didn't slow my progress at all. Highly recommended!

Thank you! I will definitely continue to use the workouts in my variety, but I don't think my knees can withstand another full round, even going every other day. :) Totally love the routine though, and the results I've gotten!

I bought a super cute dress from ModCloth, and you can never quite be sure from the size measurements what will really work, so it came and was a little small. That's my "goal" dress for now because I'm so close! It actually fits, but it a little clingy. Almost there!

I gain 3-4 pounds during ovulation, but nothing during my period. It freaked me out the first month I had been doing MFP, but weighing daily has allowed me to see the pattern around my ovulation and realize its just hormonal.
