Thanks so much! I ate 1200 calories a day for about 7 months and worked out around 2 hours everyday. 100 lbs came off extremely quickly for me, about 6 months. My goal is 150, I have about 25 lbs left to lose and I'm eating 1800 cals now :)

Went to the cider mill today and only ate one donut and had one cup of cider. I allowed myself a treat, didn't feel guilty and couldn't believe the difference between how I looked last year as compared to this year!

Thanks so much! And yes, March 2015! I was extremely determined and never went over 1200 calories for 6 months. Now I'm at 1500 calories with about 23 lbs left I want to lose.

I went from a XXL shirt and size 20 jeans to a size small shirt and size 10 jeans! I love clothes now!

I kept what I ate around 1200 calories for 6 months-a lot of evol brand frozen breakfasts, Luna and zone bars, for dinner I use Plated a few times a week and lean cuisines.

Yes! I started my diet March 1, went on the elliptical everyday until it got warm enough to walk and now I walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Usually more like 13k (stopped using the elliptical altogether, unless it's too hot out). I'm down 115 lbs as of today-eating 1200 calories. I'm 5'8 and 28 years old. Here's my before…
